The power button is at the bottom of the product, it controls the On/Off function as well as the frequencies.

Turn on the product by pressing the power button for 2 seconds, and adjust the frequencies by short pressing the button. Insert it slowly into your body. You can add a little lubricant on the vibrating end for easier insertion.

Turn off by long pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds.
