Is your packaging discreet?

Can I track my order?

Can I return an item?

Oh no! That's really disappointing! We're so sorry about this :(

Whether there was a flaw, or it was damaged in transit, or even if we didn't provide a great recommendation and you don't love the toy, we take full responsibility and will make things right without burdening you with the hassle of returning it. 

Therefore, we don't normally ask you to return the toy (also due to sanitary reasons). But we will make up for it in your next order. Just let us know via email, or submitting a ticket through the support button below and we'll get right on the case.

What if I'm away when my order arrives?

If you're not at home when the courier tries to deliver your package, your mail person or courier may place it somewhere safe (near your mailbox/pigeon hole), or will leave a card scheduling another attempt, or telling you where you to pick up your order.

What if my order doesn't arrive when I expected it to?

That's a real bummer! As we're seeing constant delays in recent times, give your parcel a few more days! Also, do check out your mailbox, mailroom, apartment lobby, and front door, as the postman may have left your parcel at a safe location already. You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email.

If the parcel still hasn't arrived after 5 business days, please email us and we promise we'll figure out where it is and how to make it up to you!
