Is your packaging discreet?

Are your packaging materials environmentally friendly?

At Queerkka, we strive to reduce packaging materials as much as possible. That's why we don't have multiple boxes, labels, paper.etc for every order. Instead, we only have a discreet packaging box (brown) and our environmentally friendly zipper bags inside, which store and hold your sex toys intact while they travel across oceans and lands!

We made sure our bags are as friendly on the environment as possible with recycled and recyclable materials, eliminating plastic and using biodegradable packaging materials. 

Which payment options are available?

Heaps! We have payment options catered to all online shoppers including you!

You can pay by debit or credit card - we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and ShopPay.

We're working with Afterpay about a potential agreement, we'll let you know once it's available!

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact our Customer Care team immediately after placing your order if you wish to change or cancel it.

If your order has been shipped by the time you contact us, you are able to easily return the item to us. 

What if I'm away when my order arrives?

If you're not at home when the courier tries to deliver your package, your mail person or courier may place it somewhere safe (near your mailbox/pigeon hole), or will leave a card scheduling another attempt, or telling you where you to pick up your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes of course! Our couriers offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via email on how to track your order once your order is sent.

Is it safe to order from Queerkka?

Definitely safer than most companies and websites out there! We have an extremely robust privacy policy which means that you don't have to worry about your data being leaked to unauthorised third parties or your family members. 

How am I helping the LGBTQIA+ community by buying from Queerkka?

In multiple ways! First and foremost we donate 10% of the profit from every order to registered queer-friendly not-for-profit organisations in Australia and worldwide, such as QLife. And we do it on a MONTHLY basis!

Secondly, we have a diverse staff cohort made up of queers, among others, and we seek to employ more of them in the future!

How do I return an item?
